We're welcoming the Chinese New Year here in Manila. Much as I would love to go out and take various photos, I'm feeling a bit under the weather since yesterday. So here I am trying to get better, but still taking things a bit easy.

With that, have a great year ahead. Here's a little something for you... I cooked this in the afternoon. It's called the Chinese New Year cake or "tikoy" as we call it in the Philippines. It's sweet and sticky and is said to bring good luck! Enjoy! Xin Nian Kuai Le! Happy Chinese New Year! ^_^
